Our new affordable Parent and Baby swimming sessions are held in the ideal, newly opened warm and relaxing hydrotherapy pool. The session are specially created to promote baby bonding, and water confidence, with a strong safety emphasis, using holistic methods and movement through the water. An emotionally  positive environment makes the sessions ideal for mothers recovering from the stress of a difficult birth.

Only £48.50 per month for a weekly 30 minute session

Sessions are held on Sundays from:
12:30 - 13:00  Aqua Movers - Young Toddlers
13:00 - 13:30  Aqua Movers - Older Toddlers

Dad's welcome too!!
Following a difficult birth, you may not feel up to being in the water so why not watch from the side and let your partner take part, or why not take it in turns to encourage family bonding at this important age.
